The following services are offered
by the St. Clair County CIL:

Access & Transition Services

The Ramp Project

The Ramp Project is a joint venture between: The Arc of St. Clair County, who provides services for persons with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities; The Blue Water Center for Independent Living, who provides services for all persons with cross disabilities; The Regional Interagency & Consumer Coordinating Committee (RICC) Alliance, which is a tri-county committee (St. Clair, Lapeer, and Sanilac), works under the Michigan Developmental Disabilities Council to help consumers become involved in their community; The Community Assistive Technology Council, who provides information and education on accessible housing and assistive technology.  This Council works with St. Clair, Lapeer, and Sanilac counties.

Eligibility requirements are:  Must be for a person with a disability, based on need, based on location (St. Clair, Sanilac and Lapeer counties), based on landlord permission, city or township permit requirements and site location, based on family contribution (if any)

Other Access and Transition services offered are:  American Sign Language, Housing Information, Outreach, Pre-Employment Services, School-to-work Transition, Community Living Supports
